This programme is based on the ‘Four Domains’ of Life’ adapted from Mary Morrissey
The ‘Four Domains’ are ‘self’, ‘not-self’, ‘doing’ and ‘lifestyle’ which could also be expressed as assets, liabilities, inputs and outputs a theme expanded on in a later module about running your life as if it were a business.
The key thing here is these ‘domains’ do not need to be kept in ‘balance’ as any area which for you might need to focus on for any reason is part of the overall ‘flow’ and attempting to ‘regulate’ it will likely have an adverse effect.
This course provides you with a means of keeping a regular check on your ‘life flow’ and suggestions as to how you move forward to improve all areas of your life.
The course includes a workbook and measurement sheet. SUPPLEMENTARY COACHING is available on an optional basis and is strongly recommended.
